The Southern Highland Caritas Network Tanzania (SHICANET) is a faith based network of Catholic Church.

The network was initiated in 2003 with the main purpose of strengthening the capacity of its member organizations in regard to rural development programs, organizational development and to enhance collaboration among them.

Currently the network has eight members: Caritas Mbeya, Caritas Songea, Caritas Mbinga, Caritas Njombe, Caritas Iringa, Caritas Mahenge, Caritas Sumbawanga and Caritas Tunduru-masasi. All these are the Roman Catholic development offices found in respective dioceses.

The network also involves three agricultural centers of Laela in Sumbawanga diocese, Bara-Mbeya diocese and Mahinya in Songea Arch-diocese.
